Q1 なぜ永住ビザ申請をされたのですか？

もともと私は大学院留学のために日本に来たのですが、卒業後はそのまま日本で正社員として働き始めました。さらに重要なのは、日本に来てから妻と出会い結婚し、マンションを購入し、子供も生まれる予定だということです。私の生活の拠点は完全に日本にあるので、安定した生活のため永住権を申請するのは当然のことだと考えました。

I first arrived in Japan in 2006 as an Assistant Language Teacher, and it was during that time that I realized I wanted to make Japan my permanent home. The certificate may be inappropriate.. There were a few problems with the "Certificate of Employment" issued by the university in terms of application documents, so I provided the university with the format to have it reissued. I think this was an important factor in obtaining permission.

I originally came to Japan to support my wife, whose company had transferred her from Europe to their Osaka office. After applying, there were two cases where I had to report to the Immigration Bureau, such as a transfer. In both cases, I thought I could recover if I could provide a sufficient explanation and proof. Q３ 永住ビザ申請に際して、心配していたことはありますか？

日本会社に就職しましたが、会社の業務命令によって、中国に出張することが多いです。過去3年間は、中国への渡航日数が年間300日を超えています。中国への渡航日数が多いのがとても心配でした。

一般的には年間渡航日数が100日を超えると永住ビザを取得するのは難しいといわれますが、これは通説であって、そのような基準があるわけではありません。生活基盤が日本にあることを具体的かつ詳細に主張立証できれば、許可の可能性があります。
